The 5 introduction classes are specifically tailored to those who wish to explore the fundamentals of the movement practice.
You will explore, discover and (re-)connect to your own physicality by exposing yourself to different pillars that make up the movement practice. After 5 classes you will have a basic understanding of our approach to movement practice and you will be ready to become a regular student with us.
In the five 90-minute introduction classes we will cover the following subjects:
– Strength & mobility
– Working with a partner
